I use the Universal Truths - Four "Keys to a Better Life" (Awareness + 1, 2, 3), to plan and prepare my ideal week.
I also take inspired action to get there... Where's there? The feeling of the wish fulfilled.
Key 1: Awareness + 1: from a place of Uncritical Observation
I have reviewed my previous week's conditions to recognise what moments were not ideal. My feelings are my guidance system.
I know I'm observing my past experiences critically when I get sucked into the drama; and I know I'm observing them uncritically when they inform me how I felt when that person and those conditions presented them-self.
Key 2: What's ideal?
Knowing what I don't want, I then contemplate and discuss (only ever with myself or Anthony) what I would rather feel. What would I feel were I to have a great week?
Key 3: Desire / Imagination
I design a single scene that would imply fulfilment of my desire and I attach a short phrase (up to 3 words) to it, like, “This is great!”, “I love it”, “Perfect”.
Having clearly established what it would feel like to experience an ideal outcome in any area of my life, I hold my will here (to the thought + feeling most predominantly generated in the above activity).
In my meditations, I make there-here and then-now until my picture is so alive with feeling as to make it Believable. Then I desire it no more. I can never experience in form anything I keep separate from me. To continually desire something implies that I don't yet have it.
Key 4: Detach
Throughout the week, in my mind, I will continue to Be the person who has had a great week and I’ll frequently, throughout each day, feel that feeling and repeat that phrase.
I’ll spend many moments in gratitude that all that I require is already available and keeps 'showing up' at the right and perfect time, in the right and perfect form.
