Who are we?
Hi and welcome, I'm Joanne Mangion and together with my best friend, personal and business partner, Anthony Harvey, we are the founders and facilitators of Universal Truths - a vehicle for easy, elegant, rapid, lasting change.
Collectively, we have been researching cutting edge concepts and philosophies, back through the ages to ancient teachings, for in excess of 35 years, in the fields of human potential, sales, and business performance.
For more than half a decade we have been dedicated to the full time study and practical implementation of new and old thought and communication modalities such as neuro-linguistics programming (NLP), linguistic hypnotherapy, metaphysics and science of the mind.
These branches of personal development, communication and philosophy deal with the analyses of first cause (such as being and knowing); laws and principles that govern Cause & Effect.
During this same time we also developed a focus on gaining SME business experience, personal and professional coaching skills, customer service strategies, and community networking experience.
Our purpose is to facilitate the development of an individual, team or company culture that supports the constant of change and to always hit the mark when it comes to goals and objectives from where we are to where we next desire to be in an easy and elegant manner; while assisting internal and external stakeholders achieve their goals and expectations along the way.
Our mottos include “seek first to understand, before being understood”; “help others get what they want”; and “create a pattern of giving”.
Our values are “It’s gotta be FUN”; and “It’s gotta be WIN-WIN-WIN”.
Our method is a leading edge form of coaching we've codified as Open Performance Coaching (OPC).
OPC is based on a four step coaching technique that is highly transferrable and ideal for creating and establishing a culture of coaching leaders and self coached individuals; promoting personal responsibility and accountability.
